    Hi RahulkumarB123 ,

Try to connect to the dataflow in Power BI Desktop and create parameters in the Power Query Editor.

In the link you provided there is a jump link that also contains some specific settings and steps for creating parameters: Deep Dive into Query Parameters and Power BI Templates | Microsoft Power BI Blog | Microsoft Power BI

Then you can manage parameters when Add content to the template app workspace in Power BI Service:

    Hi RahulkumarB123 ,

I have a few things I need to confirm with you:

    • What kind of template app are you using?
    • Is there an option to use data flow as a data source when creating the template app?

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a screenshot of the template app page you are currently using with sensitive data erased.

It is not possible to use the template app in conjunction with data flow without providing the option to connect to data flow.

If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me.

      Hi Zhu,

                Thanks for your reply.

I am following Template app creation process in powerBI services. For that purpose i refer bellow document.

Create template apps in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

---Report that i created used datasource as a Dataflow which i created in powerBI services ( In dataflow i fetched multiple table from business central dynamic 365 using Odata feed connector) . Basically my aim is to create a report packages and publish it in Microasoft app source so others user can downlaod this app connect with there dataflow ( This dataflow need to create first by user side). But when in template app creation i stuck in parameter section ,beacuse this parameter is need to provide by user when they want to use app with tere own data. i dont understand how we can create parameter in power Query to change the dataflow ???
