How do I extract "Direct Acess" user list to excel from PowerBI Service. ?

I am not sure I understand the question - could you clarify what you are looking at and where? Perhaps a screen shot?

So, if I understand the request - you want to know all of the users in each of the Workspaces. In my mind, the best way to get that is to call the API (Power BI REST APIs for embedded analytics and automation - Power BI REST API | Microsoft Learn)
