Power BI Refresh error

Hey Guys,

 

I need a help with the refresh process, 

in power BI desktop I can update and all the data appears correctly but in power bi online, I click on Refresh Now it refreshes without giving any error signal, but when I open the dashboard, the new values ​​are not there

    We will need a bit more information to fully understand the question.  When you open the browser and look at the dashboard (not the App, but the Dashboard, right?) are you hitting refresh for your browser?  Have you looked at the dataset's settings to confirm that it has not errors in the refresh history?

    Hi, Anonymous ;

    If you open the reports or dashboard and updated the datasets(scheduled refresh or manual refresh),

    • You will not see the changes in the report. You have to click refresh now button or reload the tab to view the latest data.
    • You will see the changes immediately in the dashboard tiles. (You don't need to refresh the browser).
      • These datasets don't require a separate tile refresh because Power BI refreshes the tiles automatically during each scheduled or on-demand data refresh.
