Power-BI Pro licensing

Hello,

 

I can't activate my Power-BI Pro license from https://my.visualstudio.com/benefits. When I try to login in my existing account i get this error: "The user account you selected does not meet the requirements of the application. Use a different account"

 

Could you help me?

    AdrianM Are you using a work email or email from a domain you own? It can't be "hotmail", "gmail", etc.

        AdrianM What does the environment look like? I can't say I've heard of activating a sub via that method as it's handled in O365 (to my knowledge). Is Azure AD set up, are you an admin? There are controls admins can take to not allow sign up, but typically that throws a different error.
