Yes I am talking about the group space. From what I can tell is if I make a change to the report I cannot just refresh it like I can in my personal space by just publishing it from Power BI desktop. I have to delete the report and then re add it.
If I just want to update the data set can I do that and will it update the report as well?
If someone else needs to update the report can they do that?

Responsive ResidentYes you can set a refresh schedule for a dataset in a group workspace. You cannot yet publish from the PowerBI desktop file straight to the group workspace but you can replace a your current pbix file uploaded to the group workspace with a new one as outlined in the article below.
