I don't have much experience in Paginated report subscriptions.So I can’t determine whether this is an individual problem.The test takes time, if there are any results, I will update here.

 

And you can also open a support ticket with MSFT to check whether it is a known issue  or seek technical support.

    Thanks for taking a look. If it's easier to track down where the subscription settings are stored, I can then do some testing on my end to see if I can gather some more details.
