Paginated Report Rendering / Loading in Service

Hi All

 

I need some assistance. I have saved a paginated report created in Power Bi report builder to a workspace supported by an A4 SKU.

The report load perferctly but the "Loading" never stops? I have increase the allocated memory to 40% in the capacity settings. Please help?

    hi,

    "Loading" never stops usually indicates an issue in report rendering on the browser. A few things to try -

    1. Try rendering the report on a different browser

    2. Clear browser cache or you can use browser igcognito mode instead

      Thank you for the prompt response.

       

      Suggestion however did not solve the problem.

      1) I have cleared the browser & cookies

      2) Tried various other browers 

       

      In the report builder is renders perferctly - I am sure I am missing something but will log a ticket
