I think it is related to memory issue.
Please try to change Workloads->Paginated Report(Preview)->Max Memory in Premium Capacity setting.

This is the only thing in my Admin Portal, is this where I'm supposed to find the setting you're saying? I'd like to add that the workspace is part of a premium dedicated capacity (denoted by a diamond on the right side of the workspace name).
