In case user does any selection at the page2 and moves to Page 1, filter values are getting persisted. In case user forgets to do the reset to default(Bookmark to clear selections) button the values ...

I don't think you can achieve it... there's no "OnEvent" paradigma in powerbi...

Closest thingh probably, you can make navigation available only trough buttons using bookmarks that save both current page and data (filters reset).
