I double-checked with the user, and we have indeed tested different browsers, private browsing, and deleting browser cache, but the error is still there.
Is there something else we could try ?
Super UserCan you show the exact message? Also, is this a regular slicer or a custom visual? do you have any special security configured at the model like OLS? is this import or direct query to db? are you using a dynamic m parameter for this?
Those could make an issue for a single user if they don't have the proper permission.

Here is the error message.
It is a regular slicer.
There is RLS (standard) on this report, but the user doesn't have anything different from the other users.
It is an import.
We don't use a dynamic parameter for this.
I hope all this elements help.

Ok. Try reset filters. The button to make the report go back to the filter state of when it was published just in case the user had a specific stored filter from a column that was errased.
Also, what happen if you click at "Corriger ceci"? does it correct or what is it doing?
