From your error message and what you have described, it could well be maybe there is an issue with the underlying data source and getting the memory in. Otherwise, I would recommend looking at your capacity metrics app to see if there's any throttling happening.
LeifBI did have a coworker check the data source and they just found that the queries were all showing a status of cancelled, but nothing else stuck out. I also confirmed there was no throttling happening on our capacity.
