Multiple Users/Admins allowed to update app?

Hi,   i maintained an PBI App for several month, now it is time to let it go and hand it over to the department.   In the Workspace, I assinged 2 members the role as an admin. Right now, they are...

    Okay thanks lbendlin , just read your input.

     

    We were able to solve it by changing the layout to "new look on", then the "update app" slicer appeared for them.

Tell them to go to the dataset settings for each dataset and "take over"  the datasets.
