    Hi kfschaefer,

There are two type of dynamic nav datasource. Dynamic nav online and onpremise.

If you use the dynamic nav online, power bi will use the "Connect directly" mode to link the source, it only support sign in with the OAuth2.

If you use the dynamic nav on-premise datasource, you need a gateway to connect the source, then you can try to sign in with windows authencation.

        1. Use Odata to get data from dynamic nav on-premise.
        2. Publish report to service, open the the "Manage Gateways" menu.
        3. Add a odata datasource to on-premise gateway, choose window authentication method.
