Mixed alignment for headers & values in table with coloured headers

Hi all,

I am trying to produce a table like the below:

• The % field is displayed as an icon based on the %. The default alignment is right (not very logical for an icon)
• For the headers, centre alignment was selected via column headers formatting. For visual purposes, the headers have beem given background cell colours using specific column formatting. 
• This seems to take precedence over the column headers formatting so I am unable to force the alignment of the % column into centre without also formating said column in colour as per the header.

Is there any other way to format headers and values independent of each other? The options seem incredibly limited having used tableau much more extensively over the years.

If this can't be achieved in standard functionality but can be done by creating a custom theme, any advice on doing so would be much appreciated.

Headers are aligned centre

Month values aligned left

Target & Sales values aligned right

% values aligned centre
