missing some fields when export data to excel

Hi there,

 

I created a Power BI dashboard and published it.

My user feedback, when they export the raw data from power BI dashboard to excel file, some fields is missing.

I just choose chart, or card from visualizations, and add some filter.

can you help me to solve this issue?

      Thanks for reply.

      if some fields must be set to datetime for X Axis, or set to float data to calculate, and I need to export these fields, how do I solve them?
