Missing Q&A Bar

Is anyone else experiencing a missing Q&A bar? We currently have no Q&A across the whole service.

    Q&A can be disabled/enabled in Power BI Service. Please make sure Q&A is enabled for your dashboard in Dashboards Settings in Power BI Service first.

    Then please go and check if you have enabled Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI? Q&A is not supported with RLS currently. So you will not see the Q&A input box for dashboards after your datasets have RLS configured.

      Looks like it was a temporary problem yesterday  Q&A bar is back.

      Hi, we have enabled Row-level security (RLS) and now in 2019 Q&A is working in Web Browser. However, it isn't working on mobile. The Q&A icon is not visible in the mobile app. Is that normal?
