Missing permission
Hello,
I have a problem regarding managing permission for a report.
I am the admin of the report, but unfortunatelly when I go to Manage permissions to the report, I do not see the option to remove or to edit the permissions for the report.
Here is a screenshot of the problem.

Found the problem.
It was because the user hat overall access to the workspace and not to the particular report.

Based on your screenshot and description, it appears that while you are indeed an admin within the workspace (as shown under Direct access), you’re trying to manage report-level permissions via the “Manage permissions” interface but don’t see options to edit or remove access. This is likely because in Power BI, when a report is located within a workspace, the permissions are governed by the workspace role rather than by item-level controls. That means as a Workspace Admin, you can't directly revoke access to individual reports for others who are also members of the workspace — they inherit access automatically based on their workspace role (e.g., Member, Contributor, Viewer).
The “Manage permissions” UI only allows editing access for shared links or individual sharing done outside the workspace context (e.g., if a report was shared directly with someone using "Share" rather than added to a workspace). Since your report is part of a workspace and not individually shared, the access is tied to the workspace roles, and thus cannot be modified at the report level. To restrict someone’s access, you'd need to adjust their workspace role or remove them from the workspace entirely, rather than trying to revoke access directly from the report.
In summary: in Power BI, report-level permissions are not granular inside a workspace — all access is inherited from the workspace role. If you need finer control, consider moving the report to a different workspace or using shared access links outside of workspace structure.
