Missing data on customer's report

Hi Guys

Please help (noob)

I have a report embedded into a web app (iframe). When I look at my report in the service & desktop, everything looks good...however, when I look at the same report on the client side, there seems to be data missing.

As seen on the screenshots...The vehicle is displayed in both the service and at the client (selected vehicle). However, the service displays a fuelUsed value for the vehicle, but, the value is not displayed at the client side. Im tearing my hair out...I cant figure it out. Theres a whole buch of missing values. Please, please HELP
