Microsoft QER Template - Issues using Data

It sounds like you're having trouble creating relationships between tables in Power BI when building custom dashboards based on the Microsoft QER Template for analyzing Teams call quality.
One thing to keep in mind is that DirectQuery mode does not support all types of relationships, so you may need to switch to a different mode (such as Import mode) in order to create the relationships you need. You cannot add calculated measures, columns, or tables - Relationship filtering is limited to a single direction, rather than both directions.
Or you can go to options and privacy and enable the combination of your data with Power BI desktop with the powerbi service of your workspace.
