Maximum users/views
Hi,
are there any restrictions in Power BI Pro regarding how many people can use the report or how many views it can have daily?
kzielinska No hard limits but if you use shared capacity you might run into some performance issues and if you use dedicated capacity if you end up exceeding your capacity's resources then you might run into slowness, etc.

The number of users should be considered in terms of capacity performance, and you can use 'usage metrics' to count the number of users with the best performance.

The number of users is only really a problem if you use direct query, as this accesses the database on demand.
