Impactful Individuallooking for a distribution concept
Hello,
Situation: We have some Power BI Reports for the different departments. Distribution via apps. Sometimes same three pages of an evaluation are includes in all Power BI Reports (included in the dataset). For me it means is there one change for these three pages i have to go through all Power BI Reports for the departments and correct the Reports / datasets. This is associated with a lot of work.
Now i am looking for a simple distribution concept for this situation. I am thinking about one Power BI Report with these three pages. So is there a change i need to correct just one Report / dataset. But it is a shame that under "create app" and "audience" it is not possible to show and hide the individual pages! There is just one eye symbol for the whole report. Is here maybe an extension planned in future? That would be really helpful!
What other distribution concepts would exist for this situation? I tested URL-Links but you can only assign rights to entire reports and not for individuel sites. And maybe the assignment of rights would be difficult.
I am happy about ideas.

Hello Pikachu-Power ,
you could have one dataset that all three reports read from, thus when changing in this dataset, it will reflect on all these reports.

But is this not associated with a lot of work, too? For example if there is a new column and a change in a visual. I have to go through all Reports and change the visuals right? A change in the dataset wouldnt change the visuals.
