Loading Page

Hi Expers,

 

I have a little annoying trouble.

Every single visual in report page take different time to load its data.

However, my client wants to make a kind of loading page or sign that can show the page is loading until all of the visual in page is ready.

 

Because some of visual are still showing not updated data, whereas others show updated data just after user changes or chooses filter in slicer for example.

 

Is there any way to make it?

    To the best of my knowledge, no. You might be able to kind of fake it by hiding visuals and then having a bookmark that shows them all so the user has to click a "Load" button. Maybe the visuals update in the background and are ready to go when you click "Load"?

      I see that current power BI cannot make my client's requirement and maybe I should refer to Greg's idea.

    Based on my research, it is not supported yet currently.
    We also not found an effective solution to meet your requirement, perhaps you can submit the requirement to ideas and add your comments there to help us improve power bi and make this feature coming sooner: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas
