    This is issue is resolved.  I had to check "Skip Test" for the Service Datasource anonymouse setting for it to take.

Thanks.  I do have the creds in the Header node. Im using the production key since its V2.  The query has been scanned and its using best practice.

Can you change it to be Anonymous?

    Yes teh Power Bi Desktop report is set to Anonymous.  However the Power Service will not connect as anonymous which os part of this issue.
