We see the same issue since a few days ago. One thing I notice is that, if you press F5 to refresh the page, and then you may export successfully once, and then the issue will happen again until you press F5 for another time. This seems very likely a matrix visual related issue and I can export successfully from another visual such as barchart. Hopefully we can get some information from Microsoft soon.
