Initial Publishing Date
I was asked if there was a way to tell the initial date that a given Power BI Data set was published as well as the initial refresh date.
I couldn't find anything on a bing search so wondering if any one knows any information regarding this question.

I do not think that there is any way to see that. If you have O365 audit logs, you can hunt through there to find the initial time it was published. BUT, that assumes that you have the patience to find it in there AND that you have old enough logs for that information.
