Incremental refresh on dataflow and dataset

While you are free to do an incremental refresh on both the dataflow and the dataset it is adding a lot of process steps with not much to show for.  If your dataset is already using incremental refresh then you don't need a dataflow.  If you created the dataflow for wider sharing then you don't need an incremental refresh for the dataset (unless your dataflow is bigger than 10 GB).
