incremental refresh not working on gateway server

The sql server connections have connected with no issues, I'm having this following error:

 

Data source error:

I tried using gateway installed on my computer. it works normally no problem but when I use gateway installed on server it has problem.

    Hi Anonymous ,

    This problem seems to be caused by the gateway not being able to access the data source, please make sure that the machine you installed the gateway on has proper access to your data source.

    Thank you for the advice. Now, I think I will try to update the version of gateway
