Incremental Refresh and full refresh taking time

what kind of chnages do you proceed to Service?
If you are on Premium capacity (XMLA endpoint) try to use third party tools to propagate your data model changes (new columns, relathionships, new tables) or measures.
As GilbertQ mentioned ALM Toolkit is a nice one.
I prefer to use Tabular Editor and/or ALM to make changes to model directly in/to Service.
