Advocate IViframe scaling issue
I am currently using PowerBI Premium and am embedding reports into my web application using an iFrame. When I am viewing reports at design time in app.powerbi.com the "Fit to page" option works great...

Super UserPossibly a simple solution but have you specified the iFrame sizing for your application?
I have viewed some embedded applications and it did fit in as expected. (I did not create the embedded applications though)
