We understood, why there was a problem.
Recently, my account became a guest account. When we changed the status of my account, the buttons started working again.
It is a pity that the application does not display a description of the error.

Normally, if you click on this icon, you will be redirected to the corresponding settings page. If that doesn't work on your end, you can clear your browser cache and log in again at Power BI .
