How to check datasourceObjectIds from Power Bi Service?

Hi jaryszek
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Forum community.
The answer provided by SaiTejaTalasila was indeed correct. Because In the Power BI Service, you cannot directly see the datasourceobjectid for a dataset. The Power BI Service interface does not expose this specific identifier directly to users. To retrieve the datasourceobjectid, you typically need to use the Power BI REST API.

Hi jaryszek ,
Run this GET https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/gateways/{gatewayId}/datasources
It will list all datasources under that gateway, and inside that json output you can find id column and that will be your datasourceObjectId .
I hope it will be helpful.
Thanks,
