Can you help with details, i.e. where you are getting this error and what you are trying to do
When I did a schedule refresh of the report overnight in power bi service.

Can you show the error message in pbi service>>dateset>>setting>>refresh history? The information you provide can't be used to judge.

as per error message your query is getting timed out, possible reasons
1. Loading lot of data
2. Network issue with Source server, Gateway and Power BI web
