Community ChampionAnonymous Do you same visuals and apperance of dashboards for those departments? If yes you can also consider Row Level Security. This will allow you to create standard report and dashboards and user's can see data based on their access level (in your case their department). To the published dataset you can create roles, add users to those roles and filter that dataset for that role to the specific department.

Yes, we will use row level security. As we will mostly use live connection to SSAS tabular cubes we will mainly use the row level security on that level. That we would use for separating what certain countries will see in for example a finance report.
However, this question is more cross processes, i.e. one report that would be available on both the sales and the finance dashboards, which right now are in different workspaces.
