Getting error while exporting to excel with table visual
I am getting "File couldn’t be created. Executing the Query for the Export Data operation resulted in an error." this error while exporting data from table visual it in the direct query mode and the data volume is 10M rows. However it has limitation of exporting 1.5M rows it should download with the 1.5M rows but it is failing.
The max number of rows that you can export is 150K not 1.5 Million. With direct query based storage mode there are few other limitations
Kindly checkout the "Considerations and Limitations" section in this page
If you want to export only top 150K rows probably you use visual level "Add Data Limit" functionality

Hi RajuG, you might try setting the limit of the visual to the top 1.5M records. That way you are not hitting the limit. But keep in mind you can also hit the 16MB export limit when you have large amount of columns.
Hope this helps. If so, please give a Kudos 👍 or mark as Accepted Solution ✔️.
