Hi PowerBI Team,
I would like you to please provide me with a step by step guide on how to install the on premise gateway on PowerBI service.
When i click on the settings icon then ''Manage Gateway" nothing appears

I think you are misunderstanding with power bi on-premise gateway. On power bi service side mange gateway panel, it shows all on-premise gateway which logged or share the permission with your account.
