Failed to refresh dataset

My users are receiving an issue with refreshing their dataset.

 

Issue is that I am receiving invalid credentials error even though our credentials for the service account never changed.

My Gateway version is up to date.

Data source have not changed.

 

Error Message: “ An error occurred while processing the data in the dataset. “ see attached.

    Try republishing the dataset and go to Dataset Settings on Power BI Service to check if any of them has a cross (x) on them. If they do, submit again the credentials and refresh.
