Failed to load group content

Users are getting below message when to open a workgroup:

 

Something went wrong.


Failed to load group content
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

    Hi mahmoudAlmomani

    Does the users use Power BI Pro? Because group workspaces are only available with Power BI Pro.

     It might be a temporary issue, you can re-login and reopen the group workspace to see if it works.

    Additionally, you could contact with group admin and ask him to re-add these members to the group.
