Failed Refresh (yet again)
Hi all,
I build a dataset that gets data from 3 different SQL Servers. The dataset includes 2 appended tables.
The data refresh works fine in POwer BI Desktop.
The data refresh works also fine in POwer BI service, if there is only 1 simple visualization. A table visualization with less than 200 records
The data refresh fails once I add more visualizations to the dataset:
- a date table
- a waterfall chart
- a matrix chart
- 3 filters
The error is reported in the screen shot below. Trying later does not help. If I refresh the same dataset, without visualizations, it all works fine. Any suggestions, please?

I followed the procedure and succeeded to complete a manual refresh. I will now run a scheduled refresh and if that works too, then I'll be sure it is the solution.
EDIT. The scheduled refresh also worked. So that post provides the solution.
