External User Access

Hello, 

 

In my company we grant external users access to our reports. 

They have to get a licence in power bi pro and then we can grant them acess. 

 

But with one user it does not work: 

 

there is always the ex... on his email.

 

Why is this?

The user got the power bi pro licence and I granted him access the same way as the others.

    They have to get a licence in power bi pro and then we can grant them acess.

    A Pro license is not required if you are running on Premium capacity and invited the external users as guest users to your company AD.

     

    Please provide more details about your implementation.

    So we have an app with two reports:

     

    and our clients need access therefor.

     

    I do it this way:

     

    I click on here (yellow)

     

     

    then on this:

    And here I tipp in the email adress:

     

    but when I enter the email the system always remembers and a recommodation appears

     

    I thinks this is the problem. That the system always remembers the #EXT email. 

    How can I turn this off? Or why does this happen?

    I did it the same way with all other clients.
