The fix for PBI Desktop will come in the November version.
Fix for PBI Service is by December 2023.Best regards,

I have the same problem and I do not know how to fix it. Was anybody able to solve this? (I read this post and some solutions are about sharepoint list, but my data is an online excel spreadsheet.
