Export to pdf or pptx changes colors

When I export to powerpoint, the colors in my bar charts are different then on screen.

This wouldn't be a massive problem if they would alway be the same, but when I use a different filted for example to filter the data on country then the colors also change.

So If I have a chart with category A that is green on screen, it turns blue when I export it to pptx or red when I export it to pdf.

And when I filter it on country (p.e. The Netherlands) category A is green on screen and it turns brown when I export it to pptx or red when I export it to pdf.

I thought OK exporting to pdf is at least consistant so I'll use that in stead. But Category C is not consistant, it's red on screen and it turn blue when I export to pdf. But when I filter on The Netherlands the pdf export turns Category C into brown.

So I'm lost in how to deal with this bug(?)...

I have heard of this when you have different fonts in each of the applications - is that the potential case here?  Or, is the screen set to a filter on YOUR screen but that is not necessarily what the actual report color is when it was made?  For example, if you have changed your browser to be "grayscale" then the export might not necessarily stay the same.
