Export Table Option from Drill Through Page

Hi Everyone.

 

Still working my way around Power Bi.

 

Do I need to turn on something to be able to download the table (not matrix) from a drill through page? 

 

As of now it is now allowing me or the users to download the table in Web. 

 

Please see image: the red circle - I do not see the export data option

    Hi RP_OFaustino ,

     

    I assume you are referring to being in the Service and the Export Data option not being available?  If so, that option can be turned off/on in two places.  The Report itself will have an option in the Options - Current File - Report Settings.  Secondly, the tenant itself has to have the Export Data option(s) turned on as well - the admin will have to do that.

    Hi, RP_OFaustino 

     

    You can check if this feature is turned on in desktop if you have the pbix file, or ask owner.

    Path: desktop>>file>>options and settings>>current file>>report settings>>export data

    You can also ask the pbi admin to confirm whether this feature is turned on in the service.

    Path:settings>>admin portal>>tenant settings>>export and sharing settings
