Excel Export

When I try to export PBI report to excel I get the following message. Please help me how to resolve it.

    Hi ForgotID 

     

    I have not seen that happen before. What happens if you export to CSV does that work?

     

    Also can you ensure that you have got the latest version of Excel installed?
