Error with Sharepoint datasource on PBI service
We get the following error when trying to publish a report to the PBI service. The report works on the local PBI desktop client. See below. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Hi vxmine ,
I see that you are using two different data sources on your report:
- Sharepoint
- SQL Server
The credentials for one for them have been accepted based on your screenshot but for SHAREPOINT, the screenshot shows they are not right. Try entering correct authentication credentials for Sharepoint datasource. This should resolve your issue.
Thanks,
Pragati

Hi vxmine ,
If this connection was working earlier with one of the authentication methods, may be traising a support ticket with microsoft:

Hi, vxmine
It’s my pleasure to answer for you.
According to your description,I think you can check whether your sharepoint site is public or private,if it is private, you may need to be a member of it to use the resources.
If it doesn’t solve your problem, please feel free to ask me.
Best Regards

Hi, vxmine
Try:
In the upper-right corner of the Power BI service, go to the gear icon ->Manage gateways, tick on the option "Allow user's cloud data sources to refresh through this gateway cluster" like below, click "Apply".
Can you check whether this resource can be opened normally in sharepoint, or whether it can be refreshed in desktop, or anyone control Conditional Access in Azure AD,please give me more tips of error messages.
If it doesn’t solve your problem, please feel free to ask me.
Best Regards
Janey Guo
