Error with connection to Mysql database RDS AWS

Hi, 

 

I have a connection to Mysql database RDS in AWS but Im getting this error while trying to refresh in power bi service 

 

Im also trying to apply incremental refresh, but it is not working

 

Notice that im using a gateaway and it works on power bi desktop.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    If you download this pbix file and refresh it in Power BI Desktop, will it work fine?

      I did what you just told me but still getting the error, on desktop version works fine...
