Hello collinq , thanks for your answer but it doesn't help me.
In fact, one of my file had an issue that I managed to solve in Query, related to the positionning of a column that I permuted few months ago when I built the PBI (idk why PBI bother me now, a long time after making this change?).
However, there are no problems anymore in my data, and the PBI is working on my Desktop, data is accurate and I can correctly refresh my file.
I went through all steps and nothing is wrong but still, I cannot refresh my PBI.
Thanks for your help.

Hello,
I managed to delete the steps that created the trouble in my PBI file (columns reorder) that were not really useful. Then, I updated the connections between the excel files and my PBI in the PBI Desktop options. Then reuploded online and It worked.

What I noticed is that if a parameter is added, for example a row limit. And there are column changes before this parameter in the steps, these will work fine in the desktop version, but deliver errors once published.
The parameter limit must be moved to before the column changes in the desktop version, to make a refresh online not deliver errors back
