Hello I have a problem in the refresh of my application Jira in powerbi.com

Error: Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://............/rest/api/2/search?maxResults=500&startAt=1000' (500): Internal Server Error. The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Table: GetIssues.
