Error message in SPO when viewing published App

Hi,

Users see the below red banner when looking at the App report in SPO
Its in Swedish - and I'm the Patrik referred to πŸ™‚

We have a SSAS Live connection, Premium Workspace and Gateways installed and the banner occurred after an Gateway-update.

The reports get updated - so I guess the report has all the access it needs?

Any suggestions how to get rid of the banner?

Thanks

the report did not access the data source. Contact the author Patrik to have it fixed.

    Hi Anonymous

You seem to embed your app to Share Point Online and get error after you update the report and gateway.

Firstly, refresh your dataset in service to test whether the gateway works well.

Then ask the author if there is a row level security applying to your user or check the workspace and see what your user rights are.
A combination of lower user rights on a workspace and row level security on the data could hamper your access.

You can try to delete the database role and re-creating it.
