Error Message "Couldn't load the data for this visual"

I am troubleshooting an error message a coworker recieved. The error message appears on a matrix while viewing the report on our PowerBI gateway. Unfortunately I can't reproduce it myself either with...

Hi BryonScruggs 

 

If this does not work for a single user, I would suggest logging out of the power BI service, clearing the cache and cookies, and then logging back in to see if that resolved the issue also double check the browser versions are the latest versions.
