Error in dataset refresh

Since the Azure service outage yesterday in WE, we have had problems refreshing a certain dataset in PBI service. The error msg refers to files that cannot be found, I assume this relates to how the dataset is stored in the background in PBI service. We are refreshing incremental through the PBI REST API, but on demand refreshes in the PBI service or refreshes (full) through SSMS also fails. Refreshes work in the desktop client - so this is a service problem.

No changes have been made to the dataset, refreshes just started failing. Anyone else experiencing the same problem? Do we have to redeploy the dataset (we are using Deployment Pipelines)?
